The Trippeer Arch was erected from the remains of Trippeer Hall. It serves as an honorary entranceway into the courtyard of the girls housing complex.
Completed in 1968, Trippeer Hall was used as a boys facility until the School went co-educational in 1973, after which it housed girls until 2003. The building was named in honor of Richard Allen Trippeer Jr. '57. It was razed after infrastructure problems made constructing new housing more financially sensible than repairing the building.
