Kevin Hunt

Assistant Athletic Director

Kevin has served as the Assistant Athletic Director and Athletic Coordinator for Pre-K to 8 since 2023. He is also the Physical Eduation Department Chair PK-!2. He taught P.E. and coached varsity football at Darlington from 2007-2023. He previously served as the assistant head football coach, defensive coordinator and linebackers coach. He is also the head girls’ and boys’ track and field coach. Kevin is a graduate of the University of West Georgia, where he played football. He has also taught and coached at Cass High School and Pepperell High School, his alma mater. He and his wife, Kristy, are the parents of Jacob (’17), Karoline (’20) and Emma (’25).

Fields ('15) wins second state title, first state track championship

Darlington senior Spencer Fields took home the coveted Class AA state title in the 3,200-meter run on Friday at the Georgia High School Association state track and field meet in Jefferson, Ga. The championship marks his second state title of the year after winning his first at the Class AA state cross country in November.
