Darlington is now a BSN Sports school, or as the students like to say we will now be wearing the Nike brand as we move forward. Our partnership will allow us to have a spirit store open 365 days with the ability to purchase spirit items that can be customized for a particular sport, and discounts and promotional offers that will benefit Darlington.
Coach Guth gave us a southern meal from the heart. He organized three stations celebrating food that speaks to his life lived in Alabama and Georgia. One station celebrated southern seafood featuring fried catfish and shrimp and grits. Another station celebrated his love of bbq with pulled pork and Brunswick stew. The last station gave a feel of meat and three featuring fried chicken, greens, butterbeans, and cast-iron skillet cornbread. It was all wrapped up with some banana pudding. A great meal from a great family. Thanks Coach Guth and Mrs. Guth!!!
