Fields ('15) wins second state title, first state track championship

Darlington senior Spencer Fields took home the coveted Class AA state title in the 3,200-meter run on Friday at the Georgia High School Association state track and field meet in Jefferson, Ga. The championship marks his second state title of the year after winning his first at the Class AA state cross country in November.
Johnson ('15) wins American Voice Award for state, National Silver Medal

Abraham Johnson ('15) was recognized for his achievement in writing earlier this month in the national Scholastic Art & Writing Awards competition. The Darlington senior received both the American Voice Award for the state and a National Silver Medal at a ceremony held at the Atlanta campus of the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Cross Country: Ward takes 2nd place for Lady Tigers

The Lady Tigers cross country team shined in their recent performance at the Class AA State Meet in Carrollton last Saturday. Three of Darlington's runners, including junior Stephanie Ward, placed in the top 10 grabbing a third-place team finish. Ward placed second overall.
