First-graders spent a week learning the process of designing a toy, programming the toy to do various things, and then showcased their new toys at Barnes & Noble!
Our teachers gave today's visiting family a truly memorable experience, and that's exactly what we hope to provide on each and every campus visit. While a prospect may come in asking, "Why Darlington?" we hope that all prospective families leave the tour thinking, "How could I not choose Darlington?!"
Several ELA-2 teachers and Director of Fine Arts Kim Tunnell were able to attend the Growing Leaders National Conference this summer in Atlanta. We were honored to have been awarded one of Darlington's Thatcher Master Teacher Fund grants to be able to learn and grow in many ways.
