Darlington pre-K through second grade students got to participate in the Rome Area Council for the Arts and Redmond Regional Medical Center's Heart Health Month statues. Students created a beautiful heart garland that celebrated the fact that process is just as important as the product.

The educator has successfully integrated art and history into her Spanish 4 class, enabling students to teach pre-kindergarteners about the prehistoric civilizations of modern-day Spain.
