8th Grade Capstone at Northwest Georgia Hunger Ministries

Students in our eighth-grade Capstone course had the opportunity to visit the Northwest Georgia Hunger Ministries, where they served their community in a variety of meaningful ways. They helped pack Backpack Buddies, assisted in the grocery store, loaded vehicles, worked in the warehouse, and took on various odd jobs such as breaking down boxes. The experience allowed students to give back in their own community, while learning the value of service. They also look forward to learning more about the ministry and to partnering with the director again in the near future.
