Communication Arts students attended the JEA/NPSA National Convention in Philadelphia, where they expanded their view on student journalism and learned more about yearbook best practices through sessions and workshops. The 2023-2024 Jabberwokk was recognized as a top six Best of Show book at the conference! While in town, they visited sites like the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall and enjoyed Philly cheesesteaks from iconic cheesesteak spots in South Philly.
