We were so excited to learn about Chinese New Year today from Austin's mom. She brought us tigers for the Year of the Tiger, a special red envelope for good luck, and chopsticks. We tried fried rice, spring rolls, egg rolls, dumplings and fortune cookies. It was a great day to be a Tiger!
Note: Chinese New Year officially begins on Feb. 1 so stay tuned to see how our students will be celebrating next week!
