Students in Mrs. Kuckhoff's AP Physics I class tested their understanding of two-dimensional motion using paper rockets and air pressure launchers. Before winter break, students launched their rockets on the football field to test measurable properties of their flight such as horizontal distance traveled, time in flight, time to reach the top of the goal post and initial velocity. When they returned from break, students designed unique experiments for their rockets and once again launched them on the football field to test their theories and collect data.
