The following college scholarships were reported to the College Guidance Office between March 3 and April 2:
Murray Ellington has earned a $4,000 Samford University Mann Legacy Scholarship, a $8,000 Samford University Davis Scholarship, a $86,400 Samford University Crosland Scholarship, a $170,360 Samford University Tuition Exchange Scholarship, a $140,000 Wofford College Old Main Scholarship, and a $176,000 Wofford College Tuition Exchange Scholarship. He is the son of Ashley Garner of Rome and Dr. Kent Ellington of Rome.
