Cooper House
What are you involved in?
Hugs and Threads, Sowing Seeds, band, and last year Darlingtones and winter musical
If you are involved in fine arts, what is your favorite activity and why?
I really liked being part of the band and playing my clarinet because it really allowed me to get the opportunity to play different genres of music and master my techniques.
What's your favorite place on campus and why?
Cooper House because it has been my home for three years and I have made lifelong friendships and memories in this place
Who's your favorite teacher and why?
Ms. Haynes, Mr. Shorey and Mr. Liow because they are always so supportive and willing to help me when I am struggling
What’s your favorite thing about Darlington?
I like the way that everyone is connected in this small community and that it is an environment filled with love and support
Describe an experience that you've had at Darlington that you couldn't have had anywhere else.
I have met some of the best teachers and friends here, and it will be part of the most precious memories for me.
What are some of the ways you've grown since you first came to Darlington?
I have become more independent and more comfortable with time management.
