“Gilmore Girls”

What are you involved in?
Soccer, art, Spanish Club, Art Club
If you play sports, who is your favorite coach and why?
Mr. Shorey - he's committed to the team and everyone on it, always there to help anyone, and radiates positive energy always.
If you are involved in fine arts, what is your favorite activity and why?
Art classes - I've always taken and enjoyed my art classes, and now I'm taking AP Studio Art. I find joy in creating and simply taking time in my day to give my brain a rest and do art.
What's your favorite place on campus and why?
The lunchroom because I walk into the table my friend group always sits at and immediately get a burst of energy being surrounded by my friends. It's the one time a day everyone's schedules align.
Who's your favorite teacher and why?
Mr. Shorey. Even though I didn't have him as a teacher, he was always committed to helping me in my other classes in other subjects, and constantly pushing me to be my best.
What’s your favorite thing about Darlington?
The boarding school aspect as it has allowed me to gain many connections that I would have never been able to make if it weren't for Darlington. It brought me so many friends from various countries that no other school has the opportunity to gain.
Describe an experience that you've had at Darlington that you couldn't have had anywhere else.
RUMPUS is an experience that no one else has experienced and allows for another level of connection shared through competition.
What are some of the ways you've grown since you first came to Darlington?
I feel as if throughout my time at Darlington, the friends I've made helped me come out of my shell. Many would describe me as a quiet personality before I came to the high school, but now I am more outgoing and carefree.
What is your dream job?
Marketing manager
