A Darlington student is made up of many things. None of which is average. We help our students develop their interests, passions and pursuits, because we believe every individual has something to contribute. We also believe that only when you're 100% you, are you 100% Darlington.
Here at Darlington, every student’s path is different. We think that's a good thing.
Let’s get to know Daniella Argamasilla, a four-year boarding student from Nassau, Bahamas, who served as assistant stage manager for the fall play and winter musical this year.

Olive Garden - I love fettuccine alfredo and free unlimited breadsticks.

What are you involved in?
I do GSA, Spanish Club, Student Arts Council, and for after-school activities, I do theater and was assistant stage manager for the fall play and winter musical this year.
If you are involved in fine arts, what is your favorite activity and why?
I love doing theater. I'm on crew so I don't dance and sing or anything, but being on crew it still feels like I can make a difference with helping somewhere.
What's your favorite place on campus and why?
My dorm because it's got all my books and games, and I sure do love reading and playing games.
Who's your favorite teacher and why?
Mr. Allen because he's funny and great to talk to if you need advice. Best AP Psychology teacher in my personal opinion. Mrs. Perkins because she's also great to talk to, during and after class, about anything. She also gives out fun work during Anatomy class.
What’s your favorite thing about Darlington?
Probably the diversity - we have so many different people here from all walks of life.
Describe an experience that you've had at Darlington that you couldn't have had anywhere else.
I learned how to be myself a little bit more, and expanded my taste in shows and media I enjoy as well.
What are some of the ways you've grown since you first came to Darlington?
To be an illustrator or concept art designer for video games and animation. I would also love to write my own comic series with my own original story and art.
