The Northwest Georgia Regional Technology Competition took place on Friday, Jan. 31, at Georgia Highlands College. Students who won at the Darlington Technology Competition in November advanced to this event, competing against peers from 14 school districts across Northwest Georgia. Participants from third through 12th grade showcased a wide range of innovative projects. For more details about the regional competition, click here.
Darlington students had an incredible experience and performed exceptionally well. As per competition rules, parents and teachers were not permitted to accompany students during their presentations, but each competitor confidently demonstrated their skills, creativity, and hard work. Winning projects from the regional competition will advance to the State Technology Competition in McDonough, Ga., on March 1. More information about the state event can be found here.
