In this episode, Director of Alumni Relations Vicki Vincent talks with Lauren Bowling ('05, LD '17) about her experience as a Darlington student, her unique career path and how she stays involved with Darlington as an alumni volunteer.
Vicki Vincent first joined the Advancement Office in 1995. Since then, she has held a variety of different roles including class agent officer and director of alumni relations. She is responsible for the development and management of alumni programs for Darlington, including the Alumni Council, the Class Agent Program and special events like Alumni Weekend.
Lauren Bowling ('05, LD '17) was a seven-year day student from Rome. At Darlington, she was involved in theater, choir and National Honor Society. She went on to earn her B.A. in theater from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Lauren spent over a decade covering money and real estate topics on her blog, Financial Best Life, and currently works as a realtor in Atlanta. She currently serves on the Alumni Council.
