Welcome to Episode 170 of The Darlington Podcast! 

In this episode, Student Body President Atlas Kosedag talks with History Department Head Brian Inman, sophomore Cora Fannin and eighth-grader Madison Paxten about about wisdom at Darlington, from our motto that says “Wisdom More Than Knowledge” to how wisdom is fostered in academics, athletics, the arts and more. 

Brian Inman has taught history at Darlington since 2002 and serves as head of the department. He holds a B.A. and an M.A.T. from Carson-Newman College. He has been recognized with the Significant Contributions to the Darlington Community Award and Darlington’s Oscar Betts ‘19 Master Teacher Award, Beachum Master Teaching Award and the Excellence in Teaching Award.
