Community, kindness, fun

“American Pie”
What's your favorite show to binge watch?
“Gossip Girl”
What's your favorite restaurant in Rome?
Doug’s Deli
What house are you a member of?
Thornwood House
What are you involved in at Darlington?
Varsity cheerleading and competition cheerleading
If you play sports, who is your favorite coach and why?
Mrs. Smyly - she always made sure our team was doing the best we could do and constantly pushed our competition team to improve.
What's your favorite place on campus and why?
My dorm is my favorite place on campus because I get to spend time with the people in my dorm and also lay in my bed.
Who's your favorite teacher and why?
My favorite teacher is Ms. Pichardo. When I was in her class, she always went out of her way to make sure I was learning even if that meant helping me during study hall at night.
What’s your favorite thing about Darlington?
My favorite thing about Darlington is how friendly everyone is.
Describe an experience that you've had at Darlington that you couldn't have had anywhere else.
Living in the dorms. If I was at a school back at home, I wouldn’t have gained the same experience that I have in my two years here. I’ve met kids from around the world and become close with the people in my dorm.
What are some of the ways you've grown since you first came to Darlington?
Before I came to Darlington, I was pretty shy at school and always kept to myself. After I started coming to Darlington, even my friends from home noticed a difference in how much more confident I had become.
What is your dream job?
Working in advertising for a large company.
