If you are like me during these crazy times, you have been snacking a little too much. So why not make a tasty snack that you can share with your family or a neighbor, maintaining social distancing of course.
We eat a lot in Neville House, for birthdays or just to have a good snack after Study Hall. Good food always seems to bring the house together, away from screens and books and games, and gives us a chance to talk, catch up, and laugh.
This Banana Bread recipe is quick and easy, and a good way to get rid of those bananas you bought that you haven't eaten yet. I use small loaf trays so I can spread the love and give a few away, but feel free to make a larger loaf and enjoy the whole thing with your family!

- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 ½ Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 6 Very Ripe Bananas
Pre-heat oven to 350°.
