Hello Everyone! I'm the Girls' Soccer Academy Coach here at Darlington and I've been putting together mini workout packets and videos for the girls over the past two weeks. Someone suggested I share them with everyone to use for ideas so here we are. All of them are designed to be done around their homes and neighborhoods wherever they are in the world. Most exercises are body weight and can be done individually or as a family! These are short and basic exercises that anyone can do! Disclaimer: I'm not a certified personal trainer, just someone who likes to stay relatively fit.
