Seven current editors of The Dar News Student Publications travelled to Athens, Georgia Wednesday, Oct. 26, and Thursday, Oct. 27, for the fall Georgia Scholastic Press Association convention, where they took classes in all areas of scholastic press. Former editor-in-chief Ethan Pender ('16) and I presented the session "Make Yearbook Great Again," describing the process we took to revitalize our yearbook program.
The Jabberwokk yearbook staff received the state's highest honor for yearbooks, the All-Georgia "Best in State" award, at the award ceremony for Yearbooks and Literary Magazines on Thursday afternoon.
