With the first few weeks of school under our belts, Darlington is extremely pleased to showcase some of our awesome Superfans!

If you don't already know, Darlington Superfan is an app for iPhone and Android devices that rewards members of the community for attending events.

Announced in assembly last week, science teacher, head boys' basketball coach, and current parent Tim Garrett was the first person to reach 100 points! He earned a $50 gift card to Goo Goo Car Wash and a jar of P.E. and health teacher Theresa Dulaney's home made salsa, Resa's Salsa.

This past week, we have two new firsts. Current parent Rob Monroe ('87) was the first alumnus to reach the 100-point level. For this, Alumni Relations Director Vicki Vincent awarded him with six Darlington Tervis Tumblers.

We are also pleased to announce that the first student to reach 100 points was sophomore Jonathan Pieroni! Jonathan has already used some of his points to purchase the "Royal Tiger for the Game" prize. Keep an eye out for him behind the end zone at one of our home football games this season.

Congratulations to these great Superfans. It's still early in the year, so make sure you are supporting Darlington attending by checking into events and cheering our amazing students on.

If you haven't downloaded it yet, please go to the app store or Google play store to download your Darlington Superfan app today.

Reminder: When you redeem prizes or awards they can be picked up at Mrs. Miller's office on Thursday afternoons.
