Tigers' tailback Trey Edge ('15) signed a national letter of intent to play football for Carson-Newman University yesterday morning in the Dodd Banquet Room.
Edge plans to major in business at Carson-Newman, where he will play for the Eagles.
Earlier this year, Edge was named the Rome News-Tribune Small School Co-Offensive Player of the Year and was also named to GACA All-State Selection.
