The following college scholarships were reported to the College Guidance Office April 1 through May 3:
Bailey Brock has earned a $91,800 Presidential Scholarship, a $4,000 Julia & Arnold Teks Endowed Scholarship, a $500 Alumni Heritage Scholarship, a $4,000 Alumni Scholar Award and a $10,000 Engineering Leadership Scholarship, all from the University of Alabama. She also earned $1,000 for being named a John Pinson Jr. Outstanding Student Athlete and $100 for being a finalist in the Noon Optimist Club Student of the Year All-Around category. Additionally, she earned an $8,000 Baldwin Scholarship from the University of Georgia, an $80,000 Academic Scholarship from Mercer University and a $72,000 Bell Tower Scholarship from Furman University. She is the daughter of Dawn and Harry Brock of Rome.
Lauren Chin has earned an $88,000 Presidential Scholarship from Hofstra University, a $133,280 International Friendship Grant from Hollins University, a $60,000 Hermann Muelder Scholarship from Knox College and an $8,000 Academic Scholarship from Carleton University. She is the daughter of Theresa and Robert Chin of Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Mary Grace Denson has earned a $32,000 Minaret Scholarship from the University of Tampa, a $54,000 Dean's Scholarship from Eckerd College, a $61,600 Dean's Scholarship from Stetson University, a $64,000 Presidential Scholarship from Emory & Henry College and a $28,000 University Scholarship from Mercer University. She is the daughter of Lynn and Donnie Denson of Rome.
Carly Duke has earned a $16,000 College Opportunity Award from Carson-Newman College. She is the daughter of Pam and Greg Duke of Cedartown, Ga.
Grace Greene has earned a $170,000 scholarship from the Clemson University National Scholars Program. She is the daughter of Robin and Gerald Greene of McDonough, Ga.
Blair Holcombe has earned a $76,000 Academic Excellence Scholarship from the University of Mississippi and a $52,256 Academic Excellence Scholarship from Mississippi State University. She is the daughter of Dr. Bob and Abby Holcombe of Rome.
Remy Jennings has earned a $4,000 Charter Scholarship from the University of Georgia, a $16,000 Gables Scholarship and a $96,000 Presidential Scholarship from the University of Miami, a $72,000 Bell Tower Scholarship from Furman University, and a $17,500 Bonner Scholarship from Davidson College. She is the daughter of Linda and Russ Jennings of Rome.
Stella Jung has earned a $12,000 Academic Scholarship from SUNY Oswego and a $20,000 Academic Scholarship from Eastern Connecticut State University. She is the daughter of Kyunghee Lee and Jaesoo Jung of Yongin-si, Kyunggido, Republic of Korea.
Shelby Martin has earned a $72,000 Bell Tower Scholarship from Furman University, a $57,800 UA Scholar Award from the University of Alabama and a $42,400 Academic Scholarship from Samford University. She is the daughter of Dr. Zach and Colleen Martin of Rome.
Chris Gonzalez Martinez-Diaz has earned an $18,000 Academic Founders Scholarship from Limestone College. He is the son of Maria Diaz-Gonzalez and Mario Martinez Palestina Sr. of Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.
Baxter McWhorter has earned a $60,000 Presidential Scholarship from King's College, a $6,000 Dudley University Scholarship from Auburn University, a $19,000 Academic Excellence Scholarship from the University of Mississippi and a $6,000 Capstone Scholar Scholarship from the University of Alabama. He is the son of Gina and Brian McWhorter of Rome.
Emily-Jane Newbern has earned a $48,000 Academic/Athletic Scholarship, a $5,000 Partner Scholarship and a $4,000 Beckman Scholarship, all from Colorado Christian University. She is the daughter of Melissa and Ricky Newbern of Rome.
Grayson Rector has earned a $100,000 Athletic Scholarship from Belmont University. He is the son of Danielle and Dana Rector of Peachtree City, Ga.

Patrick Tarrant has earned a $68,000 Trustee Scholarship from Eckerd College, a $105,600 Academic Scholarship from Stetson University, a $127,100 Academic Scholarship from Carleton College, a $68,000 Liberal Arts Scholar Award from Emory University and a $100,000 Dean's Scholarship from Rollins College.
