Kerri Nagle has served as dean of residential life since 2022. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from Bridgewater State College and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Nichols College. Nagle has 15 years of experience in independent schools, having served in a variety of administrative roles. She previously worked in admissions, advancement and student/residential life at The Woodstock Academy and The Rectory School. At Rectory, she created oversaw the day-to-day operation of the residential life community, created a residential life curriculum and served several years as a dorm parent.
