Jeff Beard, who was named director of dining services at Darlington in 2016, has over a decade of experience in the food service industry. As part of Flik Independent School Dining, he and his staff provide wholesome meals in conjunction with nutrition education, equipping everyone in the school community with the tools needed to live a happy, healthy life. Prior to his work at Darlington, Jeff was a manager at Rome's own Harvest Moon Cafe.
