Mary Austin has served as an assistant director of boarding admission since 2024. She holds a B.S. in Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences from Texas A&M University, where she worked in the athletic department and served as coordinator of the sports fields after graduating. She credits her time as a boarding student and head prefect at Darlington for guiding her in her academic pursuits as well as her personal growth and development as a young adult.
