Previous Background
John has been at Darlington since 2011, serving as Head of Neville House and currently as an Upper School History Teacher. He holds a B.A. in History from the College of Wooster and an M.A. in Social Sciences from Wesleyan University. John has more than 20 years of experience teaching, coaching and working in residential life. He and his wife, Bebe, Darlington’s Pre-K to 8 counselor, have two children, Casey (’19) and Colin (’19).

Remembering John Zazzaro: Our teacher, coach and friend

The Darlington Community has come together to remember history teacher John Zazzaro, who passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday. A Celebration of Life service will take place Saturday, Aug. 28, at 2 p.m. in Morris Chapel. The service will be live streamed.

New student government format to debut in 2015-16 school year

Darlington's Upper School division will head in a new direction this fall with the restructuring of student leadership from the House Senate to an official Student Government Association. The plans were put into place for the 2015-16 school year by student leaders, faculty advisors and a voting student body.
