Chad Liddle

Director of Soccer Academy

Chad is the founding director of Darlington’s Soccer Academy Director and also coordinates summer programs. He is a US Soccer National Instructor and National Teams Goalkeeper Coach. A United Soccer Coaches instructor for 25+ years, he has also worked with US Club Soccer, Region III ODP, and holds top coaching certifications (USSF “A,” NSCAA Premier, USC Master Coach, UEFA “C”). He has instructed for FIFA and the International Sports Coalition, and brought notable teams and individuals to Darlington. He is proud of the Soccer Academy’s 100% college placement rate and high level of competitive, year-round play that has also resulted in 22 professional athletes matriculating from the program. He holds a B.S. from Berry College and an M.S. from UGA. He and his wife, Darcy, Pre-K to 8 physical education teacher, have two sons, Alex (’20) and Landon (’22).

Darlington to host Atlanta Boys and Girls College Exposure Camps

This month, Darlington School will play host to hundreds of elite soccer athletes during the Atlanta Boys and Girls College Exposure Camps. The girls’ camp will be held on Saturday, Dec. 9, and the boys’ camp will be held the following day on Sunday, Dec. 10. Both camps are for ages 13-19.
