Tiffany Beck joined Darlington School in 2027 as head of Thornwood House. She has a wealth of experience working with young people and managing teams, most recently as manager of McGraw-Burklow LLC, where she oversaw daily operations, event planning for gatherings ranging from corporate functions to family celebrations, and a staff of a dozen employees. For nearly two decades, she also owned and operated A Time to Dance, a studio where she taught ballet, tap, and hip hop to dancers ranging from preschoolers to teens, and she choreographed and staged a full-scale production of Seussical the Musical. Tiffany also served on the board of the Wilcox County Department of Human Resources, where she worked closely with families navigating difficult circumstances, and volunteered as a counselor for a teen pregnancy center, experience that sharpened her ability to build trust with both students and parents and to navigate sensitive conversations with clarity and care. A mother who raised teenagers of her own, she brings a steady, relationship-first approach to student life, with a focus on setting clear expectations, getting to know each student individually, and modeling the kind of self-care and time management she hopes to instill in others. Tiffany studied business management at the University of Mobile.
