"Kent has left his mark on our athletic program as well as Darlington's students, and I know that he will do great things at Mt. Pisgah," said Bell. "I would personally like to thank Kent and [wife] Rachel for all of their help and tremendous care in my family's transition to Darlington. We wish them the greatest of success and happiness."

"I have many of the same feelings that I had when I graduated from Darlington almost 14 years ago. This is a tough place to leave," said Harrison. "I am appreciative of every person that has been part of my professional growth over the past nine years. I will never forget the names and faces of the players that gave me their best each day."
Harrison's new appointment also marks the departure of wife Rachel, a first-grade teacher at Darlington.
"This school means the world to our family and we will continue to be part of the Darlington Community no matter where we are," she said.
