The Advancement Coordinator supports the Advancement team in all of Darlington’s Advancement Office’s efforts to engage alumni, parents, and donors through administrative assistance, event planning, and general support. This position is responsible for managing logistics for key fundraising and engagement events, maintaining donor relations, and ensuring smooth execution of advancement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and collaboration skills.
The Director of Alumni Relations is responsible for the overall direction of alumni engagement activities for Darlington. This position develops and manages alumni programs, including the Alumni Council, the governing board of the Darlington Alumni Association; Young Alumni Council; Class Agent Program; and Leadership Darlington. The Director of Alumni Relations is responsible for cultivating a mutually beneficial relationship between Darlington and its alumni, and oversees the organization of programs designed to meet the mutual needs of Darlington and the alumni body.
