The Smith Smarties pre-K students participated in an ABC balloon scavenger hunt. Each child received a letter to try to find among all the balloons. Once the student found the upper and lower case balloon, they had to tell the class the letter and sounds it made before popping the balloon. All of the upper case letters had sight words inside and once they popped the balloon, they said the word and found the bucket where it belonged.
