Second-graders took part in a fun math activity which focused on adding on to the number nine in order to increase their fact fluency. Each of the Jordan Jewels got a paper gumball on which they wrote their own equation which had to be solved in front of their peers. Each of the equations were then placed on a large class gumball machine. It was a fun way to practice our facts.
