Ten Darlington School students advanced to the Georgia State Technology Competition after competing in the Darlington School Competition in November and the Regional Competition in January. Sophomores Joseph Qiu and Michelle Xiong took first place in the robotics category, while third-grader Lily Fine placed third in her category of multimedia applications.
To compete at the state level, students had to place first in their category and age group at both the school and regional competitions. Other students who made it to the state competition include:

They put in countless hours staying after school to practice, prepare, and refine their projects, and it’s inspiring to see that effort pay off. I couldn’t be more proud of them.”
