My Senior Ventures project involves exploring the effects of sleep loss on the human body. I have been completing research and discovering the answers to the following questions:

  • What are dreams and why do we have them?
  • Does eating right before you go to bed affect your sleep?
  • How does not sleeping impact your health and wellness?
  • How does using electronics before you fall asleep impact how well you rest?
