Previous Background
Matthew has worked in Darlington’s Student Life Office since 2004 as a member of the house duty staff, director of student activities, assistant dean of students, and now dean of students. He has a B.A. from the University of Georgia and currently teaches one history class at Darlington. As a student here, he played football and team captain of the 1998 state championship football team. Matthew continues to stay involved in Darlington athletics by serving as assistant coach for varsity boys’ lacrosse and varsity football. He also enjoys watching sports, fishing and spending time with friends and family.
