Third-graders learned how to build and built catapults for the Punkin Chunkin Challenge. They were divided into teams and then competed against each other to determine who could "chunk" their punkin the farthest! The teams were Big Little Pumpkin, Rubber Chickens, Black Thunder, Pumpkin Flingers, Thunder Flyers, Guac on Top, Wolves, Big Guns and Pumpkin Shooters. Some serious catapults were built, and punkins were chunked down the hallway!
