Mr. Kinney visited first grade today to help the students learn more about dinosaurs. The class has begun researching the different species of dinosaurs, habitats, sources of food, and other interesting facts. Today, Mr. Kinney broadened their knowledge with some hands-on activities that showed the children exactly what the dinosaur names meant, what the dinosaurs looked like and just how big they actually were. Using the yard lines on the football field, students were able to see how big the dinosaurs would have been and how they compared to other dinosaurs.
