Complete the SSS Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) form online at https://www.solutionsbysss.com/parents/ (Darlington School‘s code is 2734). Returning families must complete this form by Jan. 8. Prospective families should complete the PFS when applying for admission. Late applications will be accepted based on availability, and awards may be limited.
Step 2: Financial Documents
Provide a copy of your 2020 tax return (1040 form and all schedules) along with copies of your 2020 W-2s to Darlington School. Your 2020 information should be submitted no later than Dec. 31, 2021. Upon availability, copies of your 2021 W-2s and your 2021 tax return must also be submitted to the school.
Step 3: Review by Committee
Upon review by Financial Aid Committee, decisions are made based on a family’s demonstrated need. Being eligible for assistance does not guarantee there will be sufficient financial aid available, so the best thing to do is apply early.
Step 4: Sign Confidentiality Agreement
All information provided to establish need is held in strict confidence by Darlington School; likewise, we request the specifics of your award package be kept confidential by you and your student.
